Sole share holder decided about financial result

The sole share holder of the company E - Centrum a.s., Michal Voráček, approved the financial statements for the year 2015 and at the same time decided about the profit distribution of the past financial period, which reached 14.503.342,46 CZK after taxation. The reserve fond shall be increased by the amount of 445.136,62 CZK. The amount of 14.058.205,84 CZK shall be added to the account of undistributed profit of past years.
