Financial result of the year 2016

The financial result of the year 2016 has been approved by the sole share holder of the company E- Centrum a.s., Michal Voráček. Last year, the company has reached a profit of 16.969.562,91 CZK after taxation. The amount of 9.295.921,57 CZK will be used to cover the negative balance of capital funds, that has occurred as a result due to different share valuation of the company F. A. Mayer Corporation a.s. upon the merger with the company E - Centrum a.s. The losses of the company F. A. Mayer Corporation a.s. from previous years will be covered with 4.035.778,93 CZK. The remaining amount of 3.637.862,41 CZK was transferred to the undistributed profit of past years.
